Account Registration

Subscription and Payment
Certain features of Dropsite are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and authorize Dropsite to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Dropsite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing the platform’s services.
Dropsite owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, including software, design, and content not provided by users. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
- Contains viruses or other harmful code
- Violates any third-party rights, including privacy or publicity rights
Termination

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any claims relating to your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the platform.

Governing Law
