Use of the Platform

You agree to use Dropsite only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the platform in any way that could harm Dropsite or impair others’ ability to use the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Use Dropsite to distribute any malicious software or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity while using the platform.

Account Registration

To access certain features of Dropsite, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of Dropsite are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and authorize Dropsite to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Dropsite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing the platform’s services.

Dropsite owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, including software, design, and content not provided by users. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
• Contains viruses or other harmful code
• Violates any third-party rights, including privacy or publicity rights

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Dropsite at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

Disclaimers

Dropsite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropsite and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our liability to you for any claims relating to your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dropsite and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if California law applies to certain business operations or consumer protections, California residents may also have rights under California law. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
